Polyurethane to Metal Casting

Polyurethane to metal casting helps to protect and prevent wear to expensive components. Polyurethane is an extremely durable, abrasion resistant material, and parts can be machined to incorporate holes, grooves and chamfers if required. We also offer polyurethane to metal casting in various colours and shore hardnesses. Polyurethane is commonly used for buffer and impact plates. It is also a popular alternative to rubber on forklift truck arms used to lift and transport products such as kegs / barrels in breweries and paper reels within the paper and board manufacturing industry.
