Insertion Rubber Gaskets (Fabric Reinforced)

Insertion Rubber Gaskets

Insertion rubber gaskets are cut from a material manufactured from a blend of natural and styrene butadiene rubber with a single ply fabric reinforcement. The cotton insertion helps to provide added strength and prevents against over extension. Insertion rubber gaskets are commonly used in general purpose sealing applications and are suitable for use with water and mild chemicals, but should not come into contact with fuels, oils and greases.

Utilising in-house CNC machinery, we have the capability to manufacture any standard flange, picture frame or bespoke gasket and can fulfil single unit or high volume requirements. For information on how to accurately measure your gasket correctly, please view our 'How to Measure a Gasket' guide.
